How do I connect to my teacher?
Ask your teacher for their 6-character join code, then in the app go to Profile → My Teacher and enter it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Or email us at the address above and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
My reminder notifications aren't showing.
Check your phone's Settings → Prova → Notifications and make sure notifications are allowed, then use "Send a test notification" under Profile → Reminders.
Parent report emails.
Teachers control these under Teacher tab → Parent contacts. Reports send automatically on the schedule the teacher picks, or on demand.
